Missions
We are looking for an ambitious and enthusiast co-worker to join our team and help us strengthen our leading position in digital payment solutions.
Based in our Sao Paolo office, you will work from home, you will report to our Project Management Lead located in France.
Your missions will be as follows:
Technical Support
- Operate as the main point of contact for support requests and ensure rigorous follow-up throughout the process (independently and efficiently manage technical assistance for customers).
- Diagnose and resolve complex problems, always striving for continuous improvement.
- Lead the technical integration of our solutions with customer teams, ensuring excellence and full alignment of expectations.
- Monitor production indicators to anticipate potential incidents and improve operational quality.
- Supervise our solutions in real time, reacting quickly to any problems detected.
- Improve technical documentation to support scalability, solution implementation and customer support.
Project Management
- Manage small and medium-sized projects, from design to delivery, ensuring deadlines and quality are met.
- Control costs, deadlines and resources, focusing on optimization and long-term results.
- Collaborate with development squads and other departments to ensure project success.
- Oversee the after-sales experience for customers, ensuring the highest quality and efficient delivery.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the company's project management practices by bringing in new ideas and agile methodologies.

Profile & Skills
- IT / Computer Science engineer
- Mastering the Agile method (e.g. SCRUM)
- Experience in Software engineering (as a Developer or QA Engineer, for example)
- Experience in the payment ecosystem
- We are expecting you to be fluent in Portuguese, Spanish and English
Main activities

- Carry out feasibility studies
- Manage projects from commissioning to production follow-up in Agile mode
- Controlling costs and deadlines
- Contribute to the improvement of software development practices
- Accompany the client and ensure the after-sales service of projects
